One thing I don't understand about Malaysian rich people is that they can spend hundred over thousands on cars like Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, BMW and so on, but when it comes to parking which will cost them less than 10 dollars, they are utterly stingy.
Take for example, Malaysians are famous for parking at yellow lines. I used to think that those people who did this kind of parking are those who were really drop-dead-poor(though, if they were really that poor they will be on motorcycles or on public transport already!). Those poor people who wanted to save 1 or 2 dollars to buy McDonald cone ice cream for their kids. I was drop-dead-wrong!
Even rich people are doing this kind parking. I don't really know whether is it because they spent to much money on their Mercedes that they have no more money to pay for parking or is it being a public nuisance is a good way to show that they are rich. If you rich people out there are really that freakin rich, do some charity you morons!
Although there are like so many people ready to pay for their fines, the enforcers are lazying around in their office doing nothing while the government keeps complaining that they have no money. Ironic, ain't it?

you know what? they are contributing to unnecessary jams. just look outside cineleisure's entrane is good enough example.
you know how to deter this people? i have the formula only the powers that be are too stupid and lazy to do it.
clamp all the cars' tyre that park haphazardly and to unclamp it, the owner will have to go to head office (of say, MBPJ) and pay a fine. after paying the fine, only the MBPJ will send an officer to unclamp the vehicle.
you see, paying fine is small matter. imagine the hassle to go to head office, to pay! ha! that will deter even the most hardcore rule breaker. malaysians number one phobia? HASSLE!!! if a car was clamped, it will take them at least 4 - 6 hours to be unclamped (go, pay, wait, unclamp) - guaranteed no more offenders after that.
luckily i always arrived 2 hours earlier at cinemas @ shopping centre before anyone else! (Car park! yes yes..got!)

hur - if each car got to pay a fine of rm 200 to unclamp and 50 goes to the one who clamps, you say they will still be lazy or not? or if got citizen watch, ie, take photo and send to hq, if anyone neglect their duty will kena sack, you say will clamp or not?

Try this " by saving and talking every one down to giving them things for less $$ then even a poor person would get it for! Miu would give back a wallet without a reward but a Rich person would ask for 10% of what everything is worth in the wallet credit card based on limit, how much it would cost to re get some I.D. as well as $$ that is in it! and that is how they work there the first one in line for a free lunch, they do what normal people would think in bad taste! AND BECAUSE THEY ARE RICH PEOPLE IN CHARGE WOULD GO WELL THEY REALLY DIDN'T MEAN TO DO IT OR ARE FORGIVEN BECAUSE THEY PAY ENOUGH IN TAXES!

And because they are rich they get away with everything, because they can afford the best Law defense and know all the loop holes!!!
